Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Kudos (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with all applicable laws.

• You are responsible for the security of your wallet(s), seed phrase(s), and private key(s).
• Keep your account information up to date and secure. Notify us of any suspected unauthorized activity.

• A flat $5 service fee is applied to each mint, regardless of quantity.
• Creators set mint prices and may optionally sponsor gas fees; otherwise, minters pay network gas costs.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

• You must own or have the right to upload and mint the media/metadata you provide.
• No infringing, hateful, or unlawful content. We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.
• Minted assets live on public blockchains (currently Base). Transactions are permanent and transparent.

Do not use the Service for any illegal activity, spam, malware, phishing, or to violate others' rights.

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Blockchain networks may experience delays, congestion, or outages outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
